As much of the school day is spent outside, it is essential that children attend school in appropriate clothes. This includes suitable shoes which children are able to put on independently, a waterproof coat and wellington boots for especially wet days.
As the weather grows warmer, please ensure your children are dressed appropriately. You may wish to provide your child with a sun hat and glasses. We ask that on particularly sunny days you apply sun cream before school and provide your child with sun cream to reapply at school (please clearly label these with your child's name).
2simple is a programme we use to capture observations of the children’s learning and progress.
This year we are asking parents and families to be part of this by submitting WOW moments via email. These can be photographs or videos and you can add a short explanation of what your child has been doing.
For the observations to be part of your child’s profile emails will need to be sent from the email address that is registered with the school and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are asking parents to submit a maximum of two observations each half term. If you have any problems or questions please speak to a member of the EYFS team.
We can't wait to see all of your children’s wonderful WOW moments!
