And Tango makes three

This is the true story of two male penguins at a New York zoo who adopted and raised their very own egg.

We will be learning all about the life cycle of penguins and how they care for the egg to help it hatch. Through this we will be exploring how other animals grow and change.

ITS SNOWING!

What a week we had! The cold weather put a stop to our planting of beans but we were so lucky that the magic beans we found in our classroom have grown into a beanstalk.

The children used unifix cubes to measure the beanstalk, the next day when we came to school we found that it had grown! The children added to the unifix and found it had grown from 8 unifix cubes to 12! We all practised writing the number 12 and labelled the beanstalk.
