In Nursery and reception our children have the opportunity to explore computing at an early age through interactive toys, computers, listening stations, cameras and ipads. They begin to learn about how the internet can help us learn and find things out that we didn't know.

I can turn on and operate some simple ICT equipment.                                                              I can use a cd player and remote controls.                                                                                  I can show an interest in technological toys or real objects such as cameras or mobile phones.                                                                                                                                        I know that information can be retrieved from computers.                                                           I can complete a simple program on a computer.                                                                        I can use ICT hardware to interact with age - appropriate software.
