Where does our food go?

We are LOVING our science topic 'Animals including Humans'.  So far we have investigated the different parts and functions of the digestive system.  We took part in a pretty gross experiment that mimics the food passing into the stomach, through the intestines and ending up in the toilet! EWW!

We have also researched the different types of human teeth and their functions.  Did you know that there is no real function for wisdom teeth anymore because our diet has changed so much?
